What's up

Not much going on here just blogging. I don't know what to write about. Had a two hour group here today over the phone. Just watching me TV right now. It's good to be outta mental health I had to sit six months there. I don't know what to talk about. I have just been hanging out. What's there to do with a twenty four hour day. Well let's fill it up with writing. And writing poetry.
