What helps with depression?

OK I know I'm depressed.

I haven't treated myself that well and it weighs on me in my own little way. 

I want to look better and hang out with my friends and make money. 

That's about all that excites me. 

So what can I do about my depression?

Get some creatine and a arm strap for your mp3 player and load a bunch of songs to hype you up and get out of the house and walk until you warm up and start with little block long sprints.

You can buy all this from Amazon. 

Buy a yoga mat and a water bottle and try to do a full hour of yoga everyday to get stretched and fit.

Pray..... 

Blog....

Go swimming.... 

Save up for a car and drive around. 

Maybe even smoke a small amount of cannibus and go outside and play basketball. 

Call your parents. 

Study something that excites you. 

Watch TV. 

Make music. 


These are all things I do because of my depression.

If you don't look good to yourself anymore, drink more water, run or jog, write down and search out your dreams and ideas.
