OK here we are.

Had to stop and study myself a little today.

Im not making the progress I want. 

Many things in life can change in real life but maybe not.in how your feeling. 

You might be putting in the time but if you don't establish yourself and treat yourself well then what's the point.

Yeah I out in two hours of basketball but if you don't run properly that what's the point. 

I have to try harder and maybe do things different. 

I wnat three cups of coffee in the morning but if you think about it. It mightake you feel.good but not look good. 

Stuggle for discipline. 

Be sensitive. If you get good feedback then do it. 

Build a strong core. Yoga can help and yoga will teach you balance and what comes with balance is this focus. 

If does not make any difference what you think about when doing hot yoga it is about holding the pose and focusing on the mirror in front of you. Who cares what you think.

Focus.

One thing that always gets me is this. Are people around you bothering you or trying to start shit?

Maybe you need to do this. 

Smoke a little cannibus. Hide in a book or at the gym. Run and push it for two hours. 

Don't look back. 

I know cannibus isn't big for my basketball shot but it does help you to cut out the bullshit and stick to yourself and be someone that trains anyways no matter what people think around you. 

One time in a Denver  Co area gym I think that people were talking shit to me and telling me off. I was so high it didn't matter. They can't really just start insulting your or they will get locked out.

We have to run. 

Run until a old age. 

Be humble even if you don't become a spectacular sports star. 

Pay attention to yourself. You I have a mma bag at the gym but I don't think I need to stare everyone down when I hit it for an hour. Even if they stare at me and watch. 

Don't get into it with everybody and think your a tough dog. 

Watch what you do and hide. 

You don't need to play a game of basketball with kids who might not want you to play with them. 

I stick to myself now. 

It's smarter...... 

Putnthe time in the gym and they will be left wondering who you are and laugh you train do hard. 

Don't get takin down. 

Don't be like Tupac Shakur that thought it was all beef. 

Relax.... 

Chill and relax and go to work. 

Struggle for your life here. 

Put yourself on the treadmill and run or walk for three hours a day. 

You get looking good and your whole life will reach to another level. 

People that sit around and talk about you will basically wonder who you become. 

Stay strong by doing things like lifting weights. 

Weights make you strong.....

Not beef with everybody. 

I have this problem. Kids talk shit to me. I just let it go and stay alive. 

It's not that big a deal. If they want to fight call the cops. 

Or not..... 

I just let it slide in real life. 

Even if someone in my mind says I won't have a good life..... I still get good days and bad. 

I still have a fun time with money. 

You have to be strong.

Make other people strong. 

Make people laugh that you build up mental toughness and think about money and a nice life in the beach. You just have to make some cash. 

This to means work five to eight hours a day in you blog or Amazon Kindle files. 

That's what I think is so important. 

Work in things that make money. 

I have this problem. 

I want to go to the gym but I know I have to work. 

We can help eachother out here and build a new life. 

Things happen. 

Work..... 

Do it all days some days and see what happens. 

Don't let them tell you who you are here and laugh that you tried so hard. 

Yeah I get bummed out sometimes. 

We have to build a sting core and laugh that you make money and struggle like the people around you. 

Hustle.
