What if you save your money in a cash app or banking app. If you lose your money how will you get your money back?

I had one day I had seventeen points in my Caribou Coffee app and now it's gone somehow. How could that be. But dealing with Caribou Coffee and asking for my points back is way easier than getting my money back through a banking app.

Funny how things work.
If I'm at work and want to have a bank account and not use for a along time and just stack my cheese, how is that gonna work for me.
What if I deposit my money in a bank in a small town and forget where or what bank I put it in.
That money is gone?

All I can do is work and try to make more money.
