I know I make bad choices and I don't know what to think about.
But one thing I do know is I can revert back to a new idea.
And that's how I see it.
Don't like how you feel.
Maybe you should do something different.
I feel that all the time.
Instead of getting two drinks, you choose one.
You hang out.
Instead of thinking about drinking you just focus on drinking waters.
This is what I'm interested in.
I know that I have to try harder to better myself.
But then I thought their has to he a easier way.
How?
I struggle none to how I feel and what I think.
I know I have to switch to new ideas or making a different choice. It's simple, make a differnt choice.
Chios water.
Choose a salad and keep listening to your self on I want to get fitter and feel better.
That's how I see this.
We just keep meeting each other everyday. And that's the problem.
We want to be better and that can happen within a single choice among many multiple choices we have to make during the week.
This is how I see it and I don't know what to think.
I have to be smart.
And that means this.
We just think.
What Should we do.
Should we do the right thing or the wrong thing.
Or this.
We think that something is supposed to be some way and in reality you need to make a better decision. A better decision, how about an alternate choice.
That's what I think.
Simply choose something else.
Se what happens.
Instead of not understanding things a certain way and try something different.
We make a choice.
I show a mango over ice cream....
You think that they make you healthier but it I think is simply make a choice that gives you a different result.
You know what I'm saying.
Lets make different choices.
And we can do that.
And that whta I think should happen.
Or simply a choice.
