That's like thirty minutes a piece while watching a instructor in YouTube.
I have been doing Yoga for a while and it really helps with anxiety and depression.
How does it do this?
Well this is how.
A hot yoga class and finishing a hot yoga class can really help with anxiety. After enough classes you can basically start feeling back to normal.
It makes me feel good. I just sweat the anxiety out of my body.
Also the whole idea that you are now getting flexible can really help with depression.
I love it.
I love being flexible.
I love lifting weights after doing a strong yoga class.
It's helps big time.
I highly recommend trying a class out in YouTube.
