What's the point of marketing?

Do I want to market?

Maybe.....

I like it sometimes and then sometimes I don't feel like doing it at all. 

Sometimes I don't know what to think. 

But somedays I want their money to make YouTube ads and Facebook ads.

I want to build a site that ranks and gets traffic. 

I marketed too a Yoga studio but nothing came of it. 

I have tried stuff you couldn't imagine. 

I've tried to get a condo by telling a company that I will sell ten condos if they give me a condo to live in. Also said I would take one condo and one condo in cash in return for like fifteen condos sales. 

That did not work. 

But I want it to work. 

But then I think that even if they say yes. I don't know how to sell fifteen condos. 

What am I going to do? 

Study the smartphone and see what I can do to get some sales?

When I ask Google how do I sell fifteen condos from my smartphone. 

But that's not exactly what I wanted. 

But what I did want to point out is that Google ranks the site above. 

It's from New York. 

Prices seem to be pretty straight across the board. 

But I did think what if I made a site that sells condos. 

That could get me fifteen sales. 

I seen a guy online and I think he does that. 

But how do I broker a deal. 

A finders fee. 

What's I mean how am I going to broker a deal in a new condo. 

Lets go see what a real estate license costs in New York. 

OK, not super expensive. 

Maybe I should get one. 

Can you imagine condo sales sites and make some major cash. 

I think thier is a guy that does this and makes major loot.

So anyways a investment in real estate is worth something I don't know if that is quite up my alley way right at this moment.

Anyways here is commercial real estate for sale or up for auction. 

I don't know if I have the money to buy big pieces of real estate. 

But I want to i guess?

This is more up my alley at first. 

But anyways I was talking about marketing. 

How do I broker a deal to sell a commercial piece of real estate and make money off of it. 

Thier has to be a way to make a sales sheet. Deposit under the right keyword searches. 

Make the sale and have a good amount of money off of it. 

But what I do know. 

Is this... 

Maybe a Facebook ad could get me commercial real estate sale.

Maybe a YouTube ad would get me a sale. 

But I don't know.... 

This is what I would do though. 

Who cares if make another site that lists all types of real estate and condos for sale. 

Then I just push it in Facebook and other categories to get sales. 

Like this is even possible. 

But it's easier said that done. 

No wait that's a lie. 

It's easier to do and than it is to be talked about. 

I can make a sales website in ten minutes and try to rank it and see where it takes me.
