Rae you looking into diets?

I have been thinking about diets.

I know that I have put on a lot of weight. 

And I did it being sober except for a cup of coffee..... 

I weigh 243lbs and before I got in trouble I was 170lbs before I got into trouble. 

So what does this mean?

You don't work, you don't eat. 

Well that's not true. 

Get in trouble and go to jail and go through mental health and I gauruntee you will get fed well. 

I feel better now that I'm in mental health and I eat three times a day and I have two snack times. 

It's fun.... 

But the truth is I want to lose alittle weight. 

So what should I do?

Im thinking of eating more all fruit meals. 

And I'm thinking of making a special drink called snake juice that will have me fast through certain meals. 

I hope this helps because I'm trying to get outside more before it gets too cold. 

I know how to lose weight if I keep moving and do push-ups and situps.

Even my abs are so even if I am a little over eight. 

But it is possible to lose weight. 

Just exercise by going outaide and stay outside until you get tired. 

Keep going. 

Maybe even buy a cup of coffee and drink a couple and go shoot around on the basketball court. 

For me it's not all about diet. 

It's about exercise and getting outside. 

If it's to cold go to a gym and mope around. 

Just keep moving. 

Move so much that you get so tired that drink a ton of water. 

That will make you look good.

Do what you can to do even just three pushups.

Everday do some until you can do more. 

It's work for me to just get in the floor and do twelve push-ups.

Get a friend that's over wieght and rebound the ball for him. 

Watch him or her move.

I am and it's getting kind of exciting.

I make music on some of the music apps like OffTop. 

I then buy a license to buy into the app. 

It costs around fifty bucks. 

Then I buy licenses to the beats.

Then as I'm working on now I am logging all the songs I can and I'm thinking I'm going to upload the music to Amazon Music. 

I think have to use Tunecore. 

Im gonna make a little design for the cover and I'm gonna make money that way.

Mine might not be the longest but still I try.

Im writing a book now and it seems just a tad bit easier to write. 

Then you can pretty much write about anything. 

Here I am blogging though and you are probably looking for a nice post or even something that makes money.

If I had to choose what to do between go to work and jog for five hours or blog.

But I don't know how to go about this like you think. 

You could hit up a yacht seller and list his yacht in every yacht for sale site and sell for fifty thousand over..... 

That's gonna make you some loot. 

And yeah people are trying to sell their stuff online. 

It might work..... 

Or you could just keep typing and making blog posts and see what else turns up.

So anyways I just thought it was odd and what happens to all these news stories? Are they indexed somewhere online for us to research with and go over?

And what's with all the ads?

And wow are the stories crazy. 

Maybe I should open this blog up more and talk about what I see online. 

It makes sense. 

That I keep typing and building online. 

Theirs money to be made.

But at the same time it takes a while. 

I don't really make any money blogging. 

But my little stories are as long as news stories and they have no wierd ads to follow you around. 

Maybe in the future. 

Maybe I will buy into ads. 

But at the same time I don't want to be annoying.
