I would do field crawls.
I would stay in the field throwing the ball all day to get reps in.
And I would stay in the field getting to know it and make long runs and jukes and everything else.
Just my opinion.
Maybe do some downward dogs in yoga.
Maybe run and then do hand stands.
Anything to make your finger strong.
Thats how I see it.
Also I would do pushup and like I said field crawls.
Get on the field and do crawls and push ups and stretches for hours a day. Get your hands strong by rolling aorund in the field.
