One....
Problem.....
Is drinking soda after three.
Not a good idea.
Two.....
Walk and if you don't feel like it just time it and do this, you need to get warm. Twenty minutes of brisk walking and before you know it you have warmed up and feel OK again.
I notice the more I warm up the more I notice people coming around that are going all day from time to time.
I get good vibes when I get out thier and go until I warm up and then it's not so bad.
Also stay in the produce aisle.
Eat a ton of fruit.
It's good for you plus this is the idea.
Just buy the fruit anyways even if you don't eat it all.
Share it or just dump it and buy more.
All you have to do is eating a banana anyways and then eat four or five.
It's good for your skin and will make you look and feel better.
