I bought three Mangoes today and ate two.
I know I will need alot more than that and will have to spend some money tomorrow when I get paid.
I can't wait.
Melons and more Melons.
Peaches and Mangos.
This should be fun and maybe some oranges.
That is what I need to do.
So anyways it's my day off and will get paid tomorrow.
Im hungry.
I have mild acne and I know I have to drink more water even though a carbonated drink is my drug of choice when I get tired, especially a diet coke.
One thing I know is this.
Don't eat to heavily after you work out.
That's not good for me.
To much food after I workout does not sit well.
A small portion is all you need.
So anyways I will be posting more about fruit later in and will probably post some pictures.
You gotta be tough.
You really need to be strong.
And eating healthy and going out to play basketball is a good way to get strong.
I will even watch some body building videos to get strong and motivated.
I watched one earlier today.
Im older now and it's weird.
But what I do know is this.
Keep going.
Don't try to conquer everything in one day.
Im not saying don't play at all just get out thier for three or four hours a day and get strong.
I like basketball.
Playing a couple hours a day is worth it because I don't want to lose in a streetball matchup.
So let's go from their.
Get sweaty and get strong.
Do calisthenics.
Push ups and sit ups.
This has to be done.
I noticed a bug difference after only one week.
I might even have a glass of creatine.
Make yourself strong and eat healthy fruit.

This is just the beginning for you.
All fruit all summer.
