How do we clean up and look good again?

I have this problem that I'm not very good looking to myself.

But I know that their is a answer for this.

The problem is who can you talk to about this. 

Should we start fasting?

It sounds good to me.

But to actually have a legitimate doctor with doctoral degrees is differnt.

So what should I do?

I guess basically pray.

Can we self diagnose and what if the doctor does not even cure us?

That sucks.

So what should we do?

There has to be someone that can handle this.

Should i call and see if my medical insurance will cover it?

I want to look good again.

So what do I do?

I have to do something.

I can't just run it off. 

I need real doctors advice. 

So let's do this?

Do we call around the country or do we call locally?

Tough decision.

But a decion has to be made.
