Should their be louder notifications when people go live in Instagram?

I never get a notification loud enough to watch people go live on Instagram. 

I want to watch. 

I want to see what people are talking about.

People have to something to say. 

Lets hear what they have to say.

We have to learn and their are people online that want to teach us. 

I guess we will learn more as we go along.
