I built my own company.

Have you ever tried to build your own company? I have and it did work.

Now how do I go about explaining this in this semi chilly Sunday morning.

I spent years online and who knows why.

Can I go to an Island and hang out, yeah I could probably do that.

Looking back I should have did it right away through some cold calling.

I wanted to travel so bad and I didn't know if I could pull it off and looking back I did.

What's one problem?

Getting sidetracked.

Should I head to an Island handling people's accounts and monitoring them as part of my job?

I didn't want to do but I know that's its good money.

I just wanted to find an easier way.

I thought Amazon Kindle might be better, having a business on Autopilot.

Maybe open a seller account on Amazon and see what sells....... Even though that takes work shipping and refunding peoples money. 

Boy was that fun....

Selling websites on Craigslist.

Not fun.... It's ok money though when it works.

Well.....

Looking back God gave me what I wanted...

What did I do?

I got involved in selling mobile apps through an ad on Craigslist. So I took that job only making commission. It was hard... It's not easy selling apps.

I thought it was easy money.

But it wasn't.

I printed out App packages on sheets at FedEx trying to hand them out businesses around town. Nobody called.

I cold called and that didn't work. I badgered people that I thought might buy.

Nothing worked.

So after researching apps all day and studying the web I decided to build my own company again. 

What did I do?

1. Built a website. This took forever. I used Sqaurespace.

2. I decided to sell everything white label. Websites, text messaging, Qr codes, social media marketing, apps and mobile websites.

3. I needed leads so I found these marketers doing webinars and they sold me a lead scraper. 

4. I bought an auto dialer system or bought into it. I uploaded the csv files from the lead scraper and started cold calling on auto pilot.

OK....... Did you get all that? I set up a whole system for selling and tried to hire people on Craigslist to sell my services for commission.

It didn't really work I couldn't find anybody to really stick with it. But on the other hand I was hired through Craigslist so maybe I should have advertised more.

I have sold my sites and built online and made money.

But I had to find a easier way to make money like Amazon, blogging you name it.

Maybe I will take a step back and stick to what I thought would work.

Is cold calling the only way through?

I dont know...

But it does make money.
