Do you ever wonder how your feeling?
I do....
Today I did.
And here's the problem.
I feel OK but I do have some anxiety.
I have a beer last night and now I feel tired.
Are you writing down what makes you feel a certain way or are you just writing down how you feel.
I can't drink instant coffee unless I get a cup from someone else. It just dosent taste as good.
I drank a beer last night, or two beers for that matter and I am so tired and lazy feeling that I wonder why people drink at all.
What else did I have.
A few sodas.
Two cigars.
I feel like crap but at the same time I think it makes me look good.
I think I'm gonna go play some basketball.
I want to run a little bit to just feel fine.
I am here now.
It's time to start thinking of what makes you feel a certain way and not writing down just how you feel.
