I mean what do you think.

I don't know how to make that type of money unless I blog. 

I mean I want that type of money. 

It's only natural that I make that type of money.

Ohh yeah wouldn't it be cool. To have your own little business like a pizza restaurant or a cannibus Dispensary.

I wound like to market one of these businesses online.. 

I would enjoy that. 

You think I can make a pizza shop from my phone and what do I need to do this. 

Well if you look online through a Google search. 

I searched for "How to make your own pizza restaurant in New York".

Now how do I make it.

From my perspective. 

Well I suppose you could look for a place for sale or buy an existing pizza restaurant or get a bank loan and go looking for places you can afford and see what happens.

Let's go see if I can find out what thier is online for pizza restaurants for sale, business space for sale in New York, or what will a bank loan me for a pizza restaurant.

It's gonna cost me around 350-400thousand to open, I mean buy a working pizza restaurant. Plus it's in a part of New York, Worechester. Never been there.

So there are some cool pizza restaurants on this site. But I'm still looking. I just wonder. I wonder if I can build another site to sell businesses. Or maybe I can sell a business through Craigslist ads or Facebook ads. 

I don't know maybe I could make twenty thousand per sale and save up to own my own restaurant.

So that's gonna be out of my price rang but at the same time I wonder if I made a site and sold one of these buildings and took a cool mill of the top. Some people have this down pat. I don't know how they do it or how they broker the deal but they take the building and see it through Facebook ads and then they take their cut.

I don't really know how to do this. 

Should I ask the site if I can help sell their building.

OK that's sounds ok. But if your a bank and you lend to someone and then they don't pay you back, dosent the bank own the property?
