Do you wake up ready to go only to get discouraged later on.
This happens to me alot and its very easy to get sidetracked.
What do I do?
I sit down and do it anyway.
That's the goal is to master the 24 hour day and make something out of it.
Sometimes i struggle with this waking up in the same place everyday and not going anywhere.
I need to blog my way out of misery. Why stay miserable when God gives you a way out.
Somedays i sit in such misery not having any money. That's why i blog is to make a way out with money.
I juts have to make a go of it.
I know that it will pay off.
Do you blog and make money? Sometimes blogging can make me forget about the things that bother me and keep me tuned into the things that i want.
I dont know how to make a big ole blogpost but somedays I just keep going and making it happen.
Do you know how to be mindful of what you think? I have read some decent books on Mindfulness and here a few I will share with you.
This is a good book to start reading and understanding mindfulness. I personally read it two times and enjoyed it a ton.

If you stick with it everyday you can make for a more mindful day and learn to cope with your anxiety and understand yourself better. These two books have been a tremendous help and great for inspiration.
Somedays inspiration is all you need to better your life and take on whatever's thrown your way.
Does it feel like somedays you hit a brick wall and don't know where to turn. Maybe you just need to bring yourself back into the now and understand and notice what your feeling and take a look at the different ways you can solve your problems.
